The Creatives Behind the Lenses.
Promani Weddings was founded in 2016 by Benjamin Holthaus. Since then it has grown to be a team of over 20 tight-knit and talented photographers, videographers and editors that are all dedicated to providing our clients with elegant yet timeless and trendy wedding imagery. We have grown into 3 separate teams spanning across Michigan, North Carolina and Tennessee. Having amazing photographers that are local to your area is so important, which is why we decided to have separate teams in each area, rather than traveling back and fourth!
One of the things that sets us apart as a team is that we all know each other, and by frequently working together, we are able to seamlessly capture both your photography and videography perfectly.

We're not all born models. Particularly me! The majority of my couples tell me they are "super awkward" and have no idea how to look good in photos. Don't worry, we have you covered. Instead of poses, we prefer to use posing prompts. More like: slow dance to your favorite song, whisper in each other's ears, kiss everywhere but the lips, tickle each other, and run around like you're a kid again.
